How the vaults protect capital. And where the risks are.
The safeguards built into FlexVault and TermVault, and an honest list of what can still go wrong. Read both before you decide anything.
Nine layers between the market and your capital.
Live Proof of Solvency
Assets and liabilities are verified continuously through Accountable and shown on a public dashboard.
Off-exchange custody
Funds sit with independent custodians such as Ceffu, Komainu and Copper and are mirrored to the exchanges.
Spread across four exchanges
Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bitget. No single exchange holds more than 35% of vault capital.
50% cash buffer
Half of all capital is held back in stablecoins for margin and redemptions and is never traded.
First-loss reserve
A reserve sits ahead of depositors and absorbs losses first. Its size will be confirmed before launch.
Trade-only access
The AI engine can place trades but cannot withdraw or move funds.
2-of-3 multisig
Every withdrawal or transfer needs two of three independent signers to approve.
Drawdown kill switch
Exposure is cut automatically once losses reach a set level.
Pre-audited contracts
The vaults run on Accountable smart contracts reviewed in independent audits.
Who absorbs a loss, in order.
Returns above the target rate are the first cushion.
Held ahead of every depositor and shown on the dashboard.
The 50% of capital that is never traded.
Only after all of the above. This is where depositors can lose capital.
What you need to understand.
No vault removes risk. These are the main ones.
Depositing into a credit vault carries risk. If losses exceed the first-loss reserve, you can lose some or all of your capital.
The 15% and 18% rates are targets set in the vault terms. They depend on the engine’s performance.
90 days in FlexVault and 12 months in TermVault. After that, FlexVault redemptions are paid in queue order and may take time.
Traded capital may use leverage of up to 10x. A sharp move can cause large losses quickly.
Custody and spreading capital reduce this risk but do not remove it.
The value of a stablecoin can fall below one dollar.
Smart contracts, APIs and systems can have faults or be attacked, even after audits.
New laws or regulator decisions could restrict, change or close the vaults.
Accountable confirms data matches its source when retrieved. It does not guarantee solvency, safety or performance.
Good month or bad, you will see it live.
Proof of Solvency updates continuously, and a monthly report goes out on the same day every month with the return, drawdown, interest paid and reserve level. If something goes wrong, we will say so in plain language, straight away.
Important information
FlexVault and TermVault are not live and are not open for deposits. This page describes products in preparation. Every detail, including target rates, lock-up periods, exchanges, eligibility and timing, is indicative and may change or be withdrawn before launch.
Nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation to deposit, lend, invest or buy any product, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Any future participation will be governed only by the final vault terms, and will be open only to eligible persons in permitted jurisdictions after identity checks.
Depositing into a credit vault carries risk. Target rates are not guarantees. You could lose some or all of your capital. Past or simulated performance does not indicate future results. “Verified by Accountable” and “Proof of Solvency” mean data has been processed through Accountable’s Data Verification Network; they are not an audit, certification or guarantee of solvency. Accountable provides verification infrastructure only and does not manage or hold vault assets. Accountable figures shown are Accountable’s, not AI Wealth Pilot results. The vaults will not be available to residents of the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong or Canada.
